    Mission For The Class
    The mission of English IV is to prepare students to be productive,
    successful citizens in an ever growing, ever changing GLOBAL COMMUNITY.
    Emphasis is placed on real life skills in preparation for transistion into
    higher education and or the employment world, using LITERATURE as a tool. I
    use both traditional and cooperative grouping style instruction, expecting
    students to produce group and individual assignments. Assessment includes:
    tests, quizzes, short written response, longer essays, critical analysis and
    group projects.
